Delivery

All order placed before 2pm will be sent out within 2 working days. Please note that during busy periods there may be a delay. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and should be received within 2-4 working days of notification of dispatch. For orders within Europe please allow 10 working days for delivery. For orders everywhere else in the world please allow 15 working days for delivery. Please note that international orders may be subject to duty which is payable by the customer.

Postage and packing

Delivery within the UK, 2-4 working days £3

Delivery within the UK, 1-2 working day £4

Delivery with the UAE, 2-4 working days £6

Delivery to Rest of the World, 10-15 working days £9

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order please return it within 14 days of dispatch. Returns must be sent in a sell-able condition.
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel minus any shipping costs.

As we are a small business returns are a huge cost of us, so it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. We are not responsible if your return package in lost. Please contact your postal service for any compensation or for ease of mind send by recorded delivery.
